Referral Program Terms & Conditions
These Referral Program Terms & Conditions sets forth the legally binding terms between you and Sovrn that govern your participation in the Sovrn Referral Program.
In order to participate in the Sovrn Referral Program, you and your referrals must (a) accept the applicable services Terms & Conditions, and (b) be active and in good standing with Sovrn. The site being referred must (i) be approved by Sovrn in its sole discretion, and (ii) keep their account active for at least 90 days after initially activating services with Sovrn. If the account is terminated within 90 days of activation, the referral will be null and void.
The Sovrn Referral Program is not available for existing Sovrn customers (the referral must be for a new Sovrn customer). Referral bonuses will not be awarded for any self-referred account, i.e. accounts referred by the same individual, entity, or IP address.
Referrals are subject to approval and verification by Sovrn, and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Sovrn may accept or reject a referral for any reason, in its absolute and sole discretion.
All earnings received through the Sovrn Referral Program will be paid to you through your Sovrn account in accordance with your associated payment terms. Sovrn Commerce reserves the right to review all traffic from referred publisher accounts before issuing payment to the referrer account. In addition, Sovrn Commerce reserves the rights to extend or hold all commissions awarded to referrer accounts while we investigate the quality of traffic generated by referred publisher accounts. Referral bonuses will not be awarded for any noncompliant traffic generated by referred publisher accounts. Sovrn assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of our website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Sovrn. All personal information provided to Sovrn under this Referral Program is subject to Sovrn’s Privacy Policy. This Sovrn Referral Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Sovrn may change, cancel or suspend the Sovrn Referral Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any past or future referral earnings.
